Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coating that have been applied.
Absolutely no cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Gift Certificates
A gift certificate to Krystal Nails & Spa is a great way to treat your friends and loved ones! They are sure to leave feeling pampered and relaxed after their time with us!
All gift certificates will expire one year from purchase date. No refund or exchange for cash. In store credit only. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of services and are only valid for the person receiving or purchasing.
Appointments & Cancellation
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full for your scheduled treatment. Please keep in mind that if you should arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the originally scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hour notification.
